My brain needs an off switch. Even when I sleep at night these days, I don’t feel like it’s getting enough rest. So many thoughts, so few outlets. A friend suggested I invest in lavender oil. I might do that. And change my pillow too. Good luck to me.

  1. Yes! Invest in a good pillow. I found one at Target for $30 that is much more comfortable than the less expensive ones. Also, I read that putting a second flat sheet on the bed helps (so that your sleeping between two of them). That’s what hotels do. I tried it and it makes the bed much smoother; the sheets also don’t shift as much.
